Funded by the federal government, the Senior Box program provides low-income elderly individuals with a free box of food each month.

Feast of Justice's Tyson Ave location is a site that provides Senior Boxes to guests who are Senior Box program members.

You may qualify for Senior Boxes if you are:

at least 60 years old.

your total household income is below 130% of the federal poverty income guidelines (see application for details).

Go to a Senior Box site to apply to the Senior Box program.
The application will ask for:- your birth date
- your current address
- your household income
-
the name and birth date of each
person in your household

Each Senior Box contains:
-
canned fruits or juices
-
canned vegetables
-
shelf-stable milk
-
cheese
-
canned fish and meat
(usually beef or poultry) -
plant-based protein
(such as peanut butter or beans) -
cereals
-
pasta or rice
-

If you apply for the Senior Box program through Feast of Justice, we will send your application to the SHARE Food Program. If your application is approved, we will call you to let you know you have been added to the approval list. Afterwards, you can come in for a Senior Box when available.

2025 Dates of Availability at Feast of Justice
Senior Boxes will be available at our 3101 Tyson Ave location between the following dates, while supplies last:

March: Thursday, March 6 through Saturday, March 22

April: Thursday, April 3 through Wednesday, April 23

May: Thursday, May 1 through Wednesday, May 21
